DebtsRespite may collect and receive Customer Data and other personal information and data (“Other Information”) in a variety of ways. DebtsRespite collects, generates, and/or receives Other information, including (i) account information, (ii) contact information, (iii) usage information, (iv) cookie information, (v) third party services and data, and (vi) additional information provided to DebtsRespite through User Submissions.

DebtsRespite creates aggregate reports on user demographics and traffic patterns. Ownership of Information

DebtsRespite is the sole owner of the information collected on the Website(s) which includes: Your email address when you register for an account on a Website.

Information that you provide for your user profile upon registration or through use of the Website (e.g., first and/or last name, phone number, gender, zip code, income, political views). This information allows DebtsRespite to help you or others be “found” on the Website(s). How We Use Your Information

DebtsRespite uses the information that you provide, or that DebtsRespite collects, to provide DebtsRespite’s services and features to you; to operate, maintain, and enhance the Website(s); to measure and improve the Website(s); to provide you with customer support; as well as to track user-generated content and users to comply as a service provider with the DMCA and other applicable laws. Content and Metadata

Mailing List

DebtsRespite may launch a mailing list for some or all of the Website(s). In order to sign up to receive regular emails, newsletters and the like from a mailing list from one of the Website(s), users must submit information including, without limitation, a valid email address and demographic information such as location and interests. Web Beacons

Some of our Website(s) may contain electronic images known as web beacons, which are also called single-pixel gifs.
